Chadstone Shopping Centre is 18 kms from the Melbourne CBD and is currently the 3rd largest regional shopping complex in the Southern Hemisphere. It is undergoing an AUD100 million dollar redevelopment, after which it will be the largest shopping complex in the Southern Hemisphere with 170,000 m² of lettable area. The complex is valued at over AUD1 billion dollars. In 2004 its net income was AUD970 million dollars and it had a total of 16.7 million visitors.

Aalborg White GP cement was supplied in Jumbo bags to Adelaide company SA Precast, with the finished panels being trucked some 730 kms from Adelaide to Melbourne.
